Terms and Conditions

  • All major credit cards are accepted.
  • All reservations require a one night’s full deposit or 50% of total stay for 2 nights or more. Written confirmation is issued on receipt of this deposit.
  • Our cancellation fees are as follows: 30 days prior to arrival – 25% of deposit. 15 days prior to arrival – 50% of deposit. 7 days prior to arrival – 100% of deposit.
  • Payment of accommodation is due and payable on arrival.
  • In the event of a no-show, the full amount is payable (unless we can re-let the rooms).
  • All room rates are inclusive of any and all relevant taxes.
  • All rates are subject to change without notice.
  • We are not able to accommodate children under 12 years, but will gladly help you find another accommodation that accepts all children.
  • All indoor areas and rooms are non-smoking per SA legislation.
