Our Buffet Breakfast is served from 8.00am to 10.00am in the Breakfast Room and Courtyard. It consists of cereals, yoghurts, a selection of cheeses and cream cheeses, a platter of cold meats, freshly cut seasonal fruit, homemade stewed fruit, fruit juice, Ceylon tea, herbal teas, freshly brewed coffee, muffins, a variety of seeded rolls, brown rolls, croissants, low GI seed loaf, and white bread. Barry goes to the local Bakery every morning to fetch freshly baked bread, rolls and croissants.
